Centax Omega 3 Kapseln
Valuable bioavailable omega-3 fatty acids for normal brain and heart function
Omega-3 fatty acids belong to the group of polyunsaturated fatty acids and cannot be produced by our body itself. They are essential for life and must be regularly taken in in sufficient quantities through the diet. High levels of omega-3 fatty acids are mainly found in fish. However, in many cases the recommended amount of one fish meal per week is not adhered to.
The omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) have numerous positive properties: They have an impact on our heart and blood vessels and ensure normal cardiac function. They also have anti-inflammatory properties and contribute to healthy brain function and eyesight.
If it is difficult to meet the daily requirement of essential fatty acids, dietary supplements can be a good option.
Centax Omega-3 capsules contain the unsaturated fatty acids EPA and DHA in selected doses to ensure optimal supply and support health and well-being.
The omega-3 fatty acids EPA / DHA contribute to normal heart function with a daily intake of 250 mg.
With a daily intake of 250 mg DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and to the maintenance of normal eyesight.
Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
