For a healthy body and the functioning of all organs in the body, a healthy intestine with a healthy intestinal flora is the basis. However, the intestinal flora is often imbalanced and beneficial bacteria are either underrepresented or have been destroyed by the use of antibiotics or other measures.

With one capsule of Centiotic Flora Aktiv you can provide your body with 10 selected lactic acid bacteria cultures that are considered to be beneficial. The combination of folic acid and vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 makes this dietary supplement so valuable. Centiotic Flora Aktiv also contains biotin, sometimes referred to as vitamin B7, and inulin as a dietary fiber and prebiotic. Inulin “feeds” the beneficial intestinal bacteria and thus can contribute to a healthy natural intestinal flora.
A healthy intestinal flora has lactic acid bacteria.
A completely healthy intestinal flora has all the selected bacterial strains present in Centiotic Flora Active in the different intestinal sections. In case of a disturbance of the intestinal flora, these are however present in too low numbers or simply not at all. A common reason for this is the intake of antibiotics or too few fruits and vegetables in the diet and an unhealthy diet due to too much fast food and highly processed foods. With Centiotic Flora Aktiv as a probiotic, 10 selected lactic acid bacteria cultures that are considered useful can be immediately supplied. The intake is also feasible, for example, during or after antibiotic therapy.
An acidic environment ensures a normal intestinal environment
In the intestine, which is several meters long, billions of micro organisms ensure that the body can draw vital nutrients from food. In this process, lactic acid bacteria provide the necessary acidic environment because of their strong lactic acid formation (and acetic acid formation), – if they are present in sufficient numbers and quality. The enteric-coated capsule of Centiotic Flora Aktiv ensures that the lactic acid bacteria are protected from the stomach acid and can develop freely in the destination intestine. The combination of 10 different strains of lactic acid bacteria ensures that the body is supplied with those bacteria that also occur naturally in the different sections of the intestine and are needed there.
Inulin. Inulin is a soluble fiber with prebiotic properties. Prebiotics can influence the intestinal flora by serving as food for intestinal bacteria and thus can specifically support their health-promoting effects. Prebiotics can reduce the prevalence and duration of diarrhea and reduce inflammation
B vitamins contribute to the metabolism and digestion of macronutrients as well as to the function of the immune system.
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and biotin contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and biotin to normal metabolism of macronutrients.

2 capsules daily while taking antibiotics. Ideally, as long as possible after taking the antibiotic should be observed. After antibiotic therapy, the daily amount can be reduced to 1 capsule. Children between 2 and 10 years of age should receive half the dose.
